There’s no need to feel like crap when you wake up. There’s no need to have trouble falling asleep either. Just gotta try out these magic sleep-inducing tricks!
(NOTE: No live chickens for sacrifice needed. We’re talking about doing the same calming things every night before you go to bed. Read a book. Take a hot bath. Drink tea. Meditate. And REPEAT.)
(Your eyes need to close to sleep. And since phones, tablets, and TVs don’t have eyeballs – yet – the closest thing is pressing that power button. So give them a rest, so that you can rest.)
(Make it go off a half hour before you want to fall asleep. When it goes off, you know it’s time for your evening ritual. It’s basically an alarm reminding you to just chill out and be thankful.)
(With this one, ya gotta get creative. Pressing snooze isn’t as easy when you hide your phone in the fridge, or in your sock drawer, or in your doggie bed – or just anywhere but right next to you.)
(Here’s an idea. Set your alarm to SUPERCHARGED dance cardio music, and you’ll be sure to say goodbye to sleepyhead, and pop right out of bed, ready to move it and shake it.)
