Trust that you are meant to be here. You were meant to have the body you have, and from that place of self-love you can accomplish anything. Simply love yourself first. Positive self-talk, self-forgiveness, self-acceptance, and self-love are all ways to manage the inner-war of your mind. It might not go away, but some of its power will definitely be weakened the more you become aware of it.
