You’ve just witnessed one of our longest workout videos evaaahhh.

We jam-packed 12 moves up in there for ya. So you’ve got no excuse; you better be dancing in that living room of yours at some point today!!

Above all, we hope that these moves inspire you.

We love to dance because it makes us feel connected to our bodies, our true passions, and the creative energy that fuels all of us to get up every day and move and change things for the better – for ourselves and for others, in fitness and in life. Dancing inspires us to live more presently and with more gratitude too.

But dancing isn’t the only thing that does that though. Inspiration comes in many forms.

What else gets your heart pumping and the ideas and happiness flowing?  

Besides dancing our worries away with 12 moves that can be practiced anytime, anywhere – in a living room, on a subway, during a boring work meeting, in the middle of a grocery store aisle – what else gets you moving and ready to face anything?

We took a poll of everyone in the Supercharged Society, and here’s what we came up with…


(in no particular order)

  1. ROAD-TRIPPING – Nothing like changing your perspective by traveling to new places.

  2. Stepping away from the computer screen and GOING FOR A WALK or a hike in nature.

  3. Positive, UP-BEAT MUSIC – Nothing like feeling happy beats and vibes in your bones.

  4. SILENCE – This can be scary, but meditation/mindfulness can be such a calming drug.

  5. TAKING RISKS – Still waiting to do that one thing you’ve always wanted to do? Do it!

  6. Escaping to other worlds – Meaning, reading good STORIES that uplift you.

  7. SLEEPING! – Having a good night’s sleep can recharge you more than anything.

  8. Going to the beach and diving into the unknown – The OCEAN is a natural refresher.

  9. Find a mirror, and make-up a silly character – LAUGHTER and being silly heals all.

  10. PEOPLE! We are funny, extraordinary creatures with such a capacity for positivity.

  11. All you have to do is look up – THE COSMOS can be both humbling and inspiring.

  12. Those aren’t clouds. Those are elephants! DAYDREAMING sparks your inner-hero and inner-shero too!
