Need More Excitement in Your Life? Watch This Dance Cardio

The sun will come out!

Tomorrow!

Bet your bottom dollar!

That Tom-

-HOOOOOOOOLD UP, ANNIE.

Sorry to cut you off, buuuut…

You know what would be better than tomorrow?

If the sun would come out TODAY. It would be better if we were on a rooftop drenched in sunshine (like the video above), ideally with the sunlight of friends dancing and sweating with us too.

Sunny times would be better now – not later – because sunshine is super-crazy-healthy for us all. Not just Californians.

So stop hoping and singing for sun tomorrow and start doing and dancing in the sun today.

IT’S VITAMIN D-LICIOUS

Vitamin D is produced by the skin’s response to UV radiation primarily through sun exposure, which affects 10 percent of the genes in the human body… A healthy supply of vitamin D promotes bone growth and prevent illnesses such as breast and colon cancer, inflammation, multiple sclerosis, seasonal disorders, and depression.”

So basically, the more you get a nice dose of Vitamin D from sunshine every day, the more you’ll be healthier and happier.

IT’S SWEATY-GOOD

Exercising outdoors is actually better for you than exercising indoors. So put your sunglasses on today – stop wearing your sunglasses at night – and go to a park. Go to the beach. Get to the mountains. Sit under a tree. Sit by the sea. Jut get into nature and sweat it up as much as possible!

The result?

“Greater feelings of revitalization, increased energy and positive engagement, together with decreases in tension, confusion, anger and depression.”

YOU’RE MEANT TO BE SUNNY.

And it’s not just about glistening beautifully, covered in coconut oil, and then taking selfies on the beach for your Instagram account to document all your coconutting to the world.

“Your body is meant to be in the sun, and exposure to sunlight during the day is crucial to your wellbeing… It is advised to get at least 10-15 minutes of sunlight daily.”

But hey, maybe you don’t have a rooftop. That’s okay. You can take SUPERCHARGED® dance cardio anywhere that’s sunny…

Dance on a sailboat.

Dance in the park.

Dance next to a shark.

Dance on a mountain.

Dance with your ol’ friend Annie.

Am I biased in saying I love EVERYTHING about SUPERCHARGED®?!?!? Well, it’s true. The music, moves and motivation are at the core. But what really keeps me inspired is the community.
