Well, it’s time we celebrate the beauty and gloriousness of all boobies really, no matter what your breast size may be. You’re a beauty just as you are! (Right now, look down and say hello to your wonderful breasts.)
And hey, if you’re a man, we can celebrate those hairy man-boobies too.

Moving on, if you haven’t yet, watch the video above. Kwanza shares some super-personal, super-helpful tips about what to do if you’ve got big ones – and if you also want to work out, be healthy, and dance. We’ll call them “boob hacks” for short.
Surprisingly enough, this is a common predicament among women, and it’s been proven. 1 in 5 women don’t work out because of breast pain, especially due to size.
Furthermore, according to research conducted by the Journal of Physical Activity & Health, interestingly, physical activity level is NOT influenced by breast size. So in other words, you can’t really use your breast size as an excuse to not work out, because plenty of busty women are quite active, wonderfully vicious, and the right kind of gutsy.
We’re here to support your quest for support, and to encourage you; it IS indeed possible to find something that works for you, your two squishy bosom-buddies in front of you, and your overall well-being.
