Got Boobs? How to Choose the Best Workout Wear

Blog

ATTENTION: It is now time to celebrate the gloriousness of your larger-than-life breasts.

Well, it’s time we celebrate the beauty and gloriousness of all boobies really, no matter what your breast size may be. You’re a beauty just as you are! (Right now, look down and say hello to your wonderful breasts.)

And hey, if you’re a man, we can celebrate those hairy man-boobies too.

Don’t want ya to feel left out.

Ohhhhh Henry

(Sigh)

Moving on, if you haven’t yet, watch the video above. Kwanza shares some super-personal, super-helpful tips about what to do if you’ve got big ones – and if you also want to work out, be healthy, and dance. We’ll call them “boob hacks” for short.

Surprisingly enough, this is a common predicament among women, and it’s been proven. 1 in 5 women don’t work out because of breast pain, especially due to size.

Furthermore, according to research conducted by the Journal of Physical Activity & Health, interestingly, physical activity level is NOT influenced by breast size. So in other words, you can’t really use your breast size as an excuse to not work out, because plenty of busty women are quite active, wonderfully vicious, and the right kind of gutsy.

Boob-hack: You just have to find the right sports bra – or sports bras, plural, as Kwanza demonstrates – to give yourself the proper support your body needs.

And if you’re used to thinking that it’s “impossible” for you to work out due to your booby size, then it might be time to A, B, C a new perspective. It might be time to PAUSE,  and then take a VACATION from that old way of thinking.

It might be time to get SUPERCHARGED.

We’re here to support your quest for support, and to encourage you; it IS indeed possible to find something that works for you, your two squishy bosom-buddies in front of you, and your overall well-being.

So, if you’ve got some proper knockers on ya, remember, you just have to know how to rig them up the right way to still get your exercise-on good and proper.

And we know you can do it, because many of us have already done it. Many of us here at SUPERCHARGED® Fitness are also in the #HealthyBigBoobClub. You aren’t alone!

And to provide some inspiration, to remind yourself that you – and your tahtahs – are more than fierce, here are some of the best booby-shaking scenes in movie/TV history, according to science.

Not really, but still worth a look…

From one of the greatest movies of all time, Airplane

Ann Margret in Bye Bye Birdie

Angelina Jolie in Tomb Raider

Monica Bellucci in Malèna

Pamela Anderson in Baywatch

Cassandra Peterson in Elvira Mistress of the Dark

Sophia Loren, Boy on a Dolphin

Lynda Carter in Wonder Woman

We could go on, but you get the point.
Flaunt them ladies, use them, work out with them, dance with them, and be thankful for them. They’re beautiful.

You are Shatterproof.

I like how this post talks about layering different articles of clothing to get the support you want. This isn’t a commonly known fact

I don’t have boobs, but I do know how important support and compression is. Great Job Kwanza! Funny too 😉
