Got Boobs? How to Choose the Best Workout Wear

Surprisingly enough, this is a common predicament among women, and it’s been proven. 1 in 5 women don’t work out because of breast pain, especially due to size.

Boob-hack: You just have to find the right sports bra – or sports bras, plural, as Kwanza demonstrates – to give yourself the proper support your body needs.

And if you’re used to thinking that it’s “impossible” for you to work out due to your size, then it might be time to A, B, C a new perspective. It might be time to PAUSE,  and then take a VACATION from that old way of thinking.
