June 8th, 2020 | 10:00 AM Pacific Time

It’s 2020 and we are still in a never-ending battle in the fight against racism.

Let. that. sink. in.

Sadly, the recent injustices that have taken place are far from uncommon. Aside from outrage, we are tired, we are hurting, and we want SOLUTIONS.

How do you regain your strength and pick up the pieces that have fallen? Strength is defined as “the quality or state of being physically strong” … but what about your mind?

In the past few weeks, months, even years… so many of us have had to be strong. Whether it is for ourselves, for the ones we love, for those who feel they don’t have a voice or even for those that had to be strong their entire lives.

There’s no telling what you may feel tomorrow, next week, or next month but as your #BoostFriends, we always got your back. Come get the mental boost you need as life and business strategist Kwanza Jones and her sister Dr. Meta DuEwa sit down with The Riveter for a discussion on staying SUPERCHARGED during times of uncertainty and using solidarity to find solace and strength.

Let’s keep applying pressure and continue the fight to eradicate racism… together!
