What is One New Skill You Learned?
I learned how to use project management software.
What is One Way You Stepped Outside of Your Comfort Zone?
I stepped outside of my comfort zone in so many different ways this summer! Being a part of our SUPERLARGE music video was certainly a new experience, and I think it helped me to step out of my comfort zone by pushing my creative limits and going with the flow.
Share Your Funniest Memory From the Summer
Learning how to use a new platform for Speed Networking and watching the team members fade to black as the timer ran out was equal parts devastating and hilarious. It was a great opportunity to get to know team members I didn't have the chance to work with as closely!
What Was the Most Challenging Part of Your Internship?
Adjusting not only to a new position, but with new teammates and moving at such a quick pace was daunting, especially when we were not always physically around each other. Luckily, everyone was understanding and flexible.
What is the Best Advice You Got From Your Team Lead or Another Team Member?
If you don't listen, you can't lead!
What Internship Accomplishment are You Most Proud of?
I'm really proud to have been a part of our music video and to have learned everything that goes into making a feat like that happen. It takes a village!
What Surprised You the Most About Your Internship?
The fact that the team really did feel like a little family. That sense of community in business settings can be rare, so being a part of it felt really special.

How Has this Internship Impacted You?
I had the chance to learn and grow and step out of my comfort zone in an environment that still felt safe. I think that the positive impact this summer had on me is something I will continue to see in my confidence and skill set as time goes on.
