For our April class Kwanza Jones, impact investor and founder of SUPERCHARGED ®, joined us for a 45-minute workshop on building a better financial foundation. During which we gain tools for better budgeting, savings, wealth building, how to have financial conversations and more. This workshop was free benefitting Dress for Success in celebration of Financial Literacy Month.

Event proceeds will help advance the powerful work of this organization. Their programs & services are important in providing girls with life-changing support and real solutions to the unique issues they face. We kicked off summer celebrating LGBTQ+ Pride Month with a SUPERCHARGED ® by Kwanza Jones SPARKED class! Supporters joined our community SPARKED dance cardio workout with soul awakening, original chart-topping music. Proceeds benefited various LGBTQ+ organizations throughout Los Angeles.

For our August Community class, we learned some statistics highlighting the importance of self-defense and practiced basic fighting strategies with Marie Sia of LIVBRV. Proceeds benefited RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network), which works with more than 1,000 sexual assault helpline providers in addition to hosting programs to prevent violence and help survivors.
