Marieclare led everyone through a 45-minute high energy workout followed by a 15-minute gratitude-focused meditation and Shavasana. Our October Community event was hosted by Jody Jacobs: Master Trainer, Product Development and Programming Lead at SUPERCHARGED. Jody moderated an open discussion with the audience and shared tools and tips, helping participants to stop being spooked when it comes to adulting. Everyone in attendance was encouraged to fill out our Cards for a Cause. For every message written, SUPERCHARGED donated $5 to that organization.
